Hubballi: A car and bike rally was organised to mark National Road Safety Week. The event was organised by the District Administration in association with the Transport Department, the Police Department, the Rotary Club Hubballi Pariwar, the 99 Canons Motor Cycle Club, the Inner Wheel Club Hubballi, and the Hubballi-Dharwad Motor Driving School Associations.
Police Commissioner Raman Gupta flagged off the rally at the railway station in Hubballi, and it reached Tolanakere after passing through Rani Chennamma Circle, Hosur, and Shirur Park.
RTO Shankarappa, Motor Inspector SD Bellad, PR Desai, RS Malagi, Rotary International District Governor Venkatesh Deshpande, Rotary Club Hubballi Pariwar’s Abdul Sadiq, Widerider Karnataka’s district president Shankar Hiremath, Rotary Club president Girish Patil, Subash Chandra Holal, and others were present.
