It is common to find 5,000 mAh battery smartphones in market, even if you are not satisfied with it you can go for phones having a battery capacity with 6,000 or 7,000mAh batteries, but a new smartphone has been launched that makes all the competitors out of the ring.
The Oukitel WP19 smartphone from the little-known Chinese firm Oukitel comes with a 21,000mAh battery . This makes it the largest battery in a commercially accessible smartphone.
The firm claims that the WP19’s battery may last a week, but it also claims 36 hours of video playing, 123 hours of music, 122 hours of calls, and 2,252 hours on standby (or just over three months). This is also one of the rare occasions when reverse wired charging on a smartphone makes sense, given this battery is essentially similar to a power bank anyhow.
Once you’ve depleted the battery, the manufacturer claims that you can use 27W cable charging to fully charge the phone in four hours. That’s a long time to wait, but an hour-long charge should provide you with nearly a day’s worth of usage.
