Hubballi: In a move to maintain peace and security, the authorities have taken the step of externing the notorious rowdy, Madan Chandrappa Bugadi, aged 33, from Hubballi to the Hiriyur city limits police station. This measure will be in effect for a span of six months, commencing from September 11.
Madan, also known as Madya, has a significant criminal record, which includes serious charges such as murder, attempted murder, robbery, assault, and acts of violence against SC and ST individuals. The decision to extern him was made due to his continued posing threat to the peace and harmony of the city. Madya started a finance business in the city, said police.
