Not only Milkha Singh, India lost many celebrities to the deadly infection

New Delhi: With ace sprinter Milkha Singh losing the battle against the deadly virus, many celebrities have died because of the Covid infection. Not only did Milkha Sing, his wife, Nirmal Kaur, a former India volleyball captain also succumbed to the infection just a few days ago.

Farhan Akhtar, who did the role of Milkha Singh in the famous Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, took to Twitter to express his condolences. He shared the photograph of the ace sprinter and wrote a heart-touching letter remembering the athlete.

Producer Ramu:

Known for making big-budget movies, Ramu, the husband of cinema actress Malashree, a Kannada film producer, died as a result of a Covid infection. He produced more than 30 films, including highly praised films such as AK 47 and Lockup Death. He was 52.

Actor Bikramjit Kawarpal

On April 30, talented actor Bikramjit Kawarpal passed away due to a Covid-19 complication. The gifted artist was part of many films, including Page-3, Paap, Rocket Singh Salesman of the Year and many TV serials as well.

Shravan Rathod: In the 90’s music composed by Nadeem-Shravan duo created new records. Songs of Saajan, Phool Aur Kaante and Dhadkan and many others. Shravan Rathod passed away due to Covid related complications. He was 66.

Kishore Nandalsarkar: The Bollywood veteran featured in famous films such as Singham and Vaastav. He was 81 and died at a hospital in Thane.

Ryinku Singh Nikumbh: If you’ve seen the film ‘Dream Girl,’ starring Ayushmann Khurrana, you’ll recognize this star.

Satish Kaul: The actor known for performing the role of Lord Indra in the mythological series, Mahabharat.
