Hubballi: As a precautionary move ahead of the Holi celebrations in Dharwad tomorrow, the Hubballi-Dharwad Bus Rapid Transit System has ceased operations.
HDBRTS authorities have stated that the premium buses will not be running tomorrow and have asked the people to cooperate.
