New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi wishes Spanish President Pedro Sanchez speedy recovery, the president on Thursday, Spanish President Pedro Sánchez announced that he has tested positive for Covid-19, and as a result, he will not be attending the G20 Summit in New Delhi.
In a statement posted on X, Sánchez reassured the public that he is feeling “well” despite the positive diagnosis. However, due to his health condition, he regretfully conveyed his inability to travel to India for the summit. Sánchez went on to inform that Spain will be represented at the Leaders’ Summit by acting First Vice-President Nadia Calvino and Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares.
