Hubballi-Dharwad: The L&T company in charge of implementing and maintenance of the 24/7 water supply system in the twin cities of Hubballi-Dharwad, has launched a helpline number for customers with water-related complaints. The service will handle issues related to water quality, water pressure, water supply, water leakage, water meter functioning, billing, change of customer name and phone number, new connection, temporary connection, disconnection, and water leakage on roads.
According to a press release, customers can contact the Customer Service Center helpline number 7996666247 for assistance with their complaints. The round-the-clock water supply system is being implemented in the twin cities by the Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation and KUIDFC, with financial aid from the World Bank. The system is expected to significantly improve the water supply situation in the area, and the helpline is expected to help customers address any issues they may face during the transition.
