Former Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy is on the receiving end after he tweeted questioning the usefulness of the 10-lane expressway between Bengaluru and Mysuru. In a lengthy series of tweets, Kumaraswamy claimed that the 10-lane expressway destroyed the livelihood of the people living along the highway between Bengaluru and Mysuru.
It is not at all useful for the people of Ramanagar and Mandya. He also claimed that the expressway had a negative impact on the people’s lives in Mandya and destroyed the economy of the city.
His tweet evoked a strong reaction from the netizens, who questioned the JDS party’s contradictory stance, as they ran an ad promoting the expressway as Former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda’s vision yesterday.
