The Karnataka State Law University (KSLU) students’ indefinite strike has escalated into an aggressive phase. Three students who were on hunger strike became unwell. According to sources, one student developed a heart-related issue as a result of the continuous fast he was following, which caused excessive acid production in the stomach.
Hemanth, a PSI attached to Navanagar police station, claims that he personally admitted the student to the Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences. The student had gastric problems that affected his heart as well, according to the doctor, but he was not in danger, according to the PSI.
But Gaurav a student said one student who was on a hunger strike his health condition is not good. And other two students’ health condition is not available at the moment.
On Monday, the students’ agitation entered its eighth day. The students are protesting against holding the offline examinations.
