Bengaluru: In a generous move, Karnataka state has contributed a donation of Rs 15 crore to aid flood-affected Himachal Pradesh. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah personally directed the release of this donation.
Amidst unrelenting rainfall, landslides, and floods plaguing the mountainous region, Himachal’s Chief Minister Sukhwinder Sukhu expressed gratitude for this benevolent act by Siddaramaiah.
The substantial sum is intended to assist the state government in tackling the multitude of challenges stemming from the onslaught of heavy rains, floods, and landslides.
