Bengaluru: The Karnataka State Congress has reversed its decision to hold a two-hour Bandh on March 9, citing concerns over the PUC exams scheduled for that day.
Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee President, DK Shivakumar, stated that although they have withdrawn the Bandh, their ongoing efforts to fight against the corrupt BJP government will continue. Shivakumar further explained that many parents and students had reached out to him and the Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Siddaramaiah, requesting the withdrawal of the Bandh. Hence keeping the interests of the students and parents in mind, the Bandh call was called off, he said.
