You may be wondering who this trip belongs to. Gali Janardhana Reddy, who founded the Kalyan Rajya Pragati Party and created a stir in state politics, launched his Kalyan Rath Yatra on Tuesday after offering prayers at Pampa Lake near Anjanadri Hill in Gangavati Taluk along with his wife Arun Lakshmi and some other people. The Reddy couple began performing puja rituals on Tuesday morning.

Janardhana Reddy is expected to contest the election from Gangavathi Assembly constituency, and it is said that his wife Aruna Laxmi is likely to contest from Sindhanuru.
This is Reddy’s first tour after forming Kalyan Rajya Pragati Paksha. He is expected to follow YSR Congress chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s style of campaigning, who also conducted yatras before the state assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh.
