Hubballi: Former chief minister Jagadish Shettar is celebrating his 67th birthday today (Saturday). On this occasion, the residents submitted a memorandum and urged him to celebrate it meaningfully by reducing the miseries they are facing.
They said that they were fed up with the pothole-filled roads, garbage, and drinking water problems, as well as the problems they were facing travelling between twin cities on a mixed traffic lane. They asked Shettar to solve these problems before celebrating his birthday.
The residents went to Shettar’s house in the Keshwapur area, but he was not present there; then his office staff received the memorandum on his behalf.
