According to the India Today-Axis My India exit poll results for the Karnataka Assembly election, the Congress party is expected to secure a clear majority, winning between 122 and 140 seats. The BJP, on the other hand, is predicted to win between 62 and 80 seats, while the JD(S) may secure victory on 20 to 25 seats. The voting for the 224-member State Legislative Assembly took place on Wednesday.
In the Mumbai-Karnataka region, the Congress party is expected to win 28 seats, while the BJP may secure 21 seats, as per the India Today-Axis My India exit poll prediction. The JD(S) is predicted to only win a single seat.
