Hubballi: An independent candidate from Kundagol constituency, Mallikarjun Totager, was stabbed by his friend Sunil Khode at his residence in Vidyanagar in the city on Friday over a trivial issue. Totager sustained injuries on his neck, nose, and hand and was taken to KIMS for treatment. The incident is being investigated by Vidyanagar police.
