IDY: In the midst of a pandemic, people practice yoga in confined spaces.

On International Day of Yoga, Rakshita Dyaberi, 9 years old, daughter of KIMS deputy medical superintendent ophthalmologist Dr Rajashekhar Dyaberi practising yoga in her residence. Dr Rajashekhar Dyaberi said that in the pandemic, yoga helps people to remain mentally and physically fit and urged everyone to practice it.
