Chapra/Patna, 30 January (HS): Reacting to JD(U)’s remark that BJP will never make an alliance with the party, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday said that he would prefer to die than to shake hands with the BJP again.
Leader of opposition Vijay Kumar Sinha said that BJP will not form a government with Nitish Kumar. The central leadership has taken this decision at the two-day working committee meeting. Vijay Kumar said that the Nitish-Tejasvi government is anti-law and order and is shrouded in corruption in the name of development.
On the other hand, Nitish Kumar said he was fond of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. When he left BJP, that party forced itself upon him. He did not wish to be the chief minister in 2020, but they again forced me to become chief minister. In the ensuing elections, everything will become loud and clear, he said.
Going back on his words, he had joined the BJP in 2019, deserting RJD, and had fought Assembly and Parliamentary elections together.
