Hubballi: Vinod Muktedar, who was transferred to the intelligence wing a week ago from the post of ACP North subdivision of the Hubballi-Dharwad Police Commissionerate, is back as the Assistant Commissioner of Police for Hubballi-Dharwad Traffic. The post was vacant after the retirement of Tayappa Doddamani who was working as the ACP of the Traffic wing of HD police. He took charge (Friday).
