Hubballi, Hubli Express News: The Hubballi police are still dealing with the unresolved murder case of 24-year-old Moulali Nazeersab Mulla. Moulali, a mason at an under-construction building, was tragically discovered dead at his workplace in Silver Town. He fell victim to unidentified miscreants who took his life during the night spanning Tuesday to Wednesday.
Hailing from Maradi village in Mundagod taluk, situated in the Uttar Kannada district, Moulali was brutally assaulted with a blunt object by these assailants. At the time of the attack, he was listening to music while lying on his stomach. It is worth noting that Moulali typically shared the under-construction building with 4 to 5 fellow workers. However, on this fateful night, all of his co-workers had left to partake in the Eid-Milad festival festivities.
Upon receiving the news, senior police officers promptly arrived at the scene and initiated a thorough investigation into the matter. In connection with the case, the police had summoned a resident of Kalaghtagi taluk named Parasappa for questioning. Tragically, on the night of Wednesday, Parasappa reportedly took his own life in Apoorva Nagar.
The police are currently puzzled by the reasons behind Parasappa’s suicide, especially considering he was considered a suspect in the case. With his unexpected demise, the case has taken a perplexing turn. Law enforcement officials have said that they are investigating both the cases from all the angles.
