Hubballi: During his campaign in the city, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai promised to develop the twin cities into mega city.
He announced that an industrial park would also be established in the east part of Hubballi to boost the city’s growth. Bommai was campaigning for party candidates Mahesh Tenginkai and Dr Kranti Kiran who are contesting from Hubballi-Dharwad (Central) and Hubballi-Dharwad (East) constituencies.
Bommai recalled his childhood memories while campaigning for Dr Kranti Kiran in Mangalwar Pet. He also criticized the Congress government for not implementing the Smart City Project in the area and accused the Congress MLA of dividing the community for political gain. He urged the voters to show their power by casting their vote for the BJP candidate Dr Krantikiran.
