Hubballi: Police Commissioner Labhu Ram has been transferred. The 2004 batch IPS officer has been posted as Inspector General of Police, Intelligence in the upgraded post. Raman Gupta, a 2005 batch IPS officer, will take charge as Police Commissioner of Hubballi-Dharwad.
