Hubballi, By Hubli Express News Service: As Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) supporters across the nation celebrate Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 73rd birthday today, leaders and workers in the twin cities of Hubballi-Dharwad are also marking the occasion with acts of social service.
MLA Mahesh Tenginkai, leading the twin cities’ leaders, performed a special Pooja at Karisiddeshwara tempe in Unkal Sai Nagar. Their prayers were dedicated to the prime minister’s health and long life. Addressing the gathering, MLA Mahesh Tenginkai highlighted the notable achievements of Prime Minister Modi’s government.
In Dharwad, an awareness Jatha was organized to promote cleanliness and waste segregation. Mayor Veena Bhardwad initiated the Jatha at KCD grounds, and it concluded at the same venue after traversing the major thoroughfares of the city.
As part of the birthday celebrations, BJP workers and leaders also organized a blood donation camp where several individuals generously donated blood.
