Hubballi: The twin cities are expected to be cold for the next five days, according to Dr. RH Patil, principal nodal officer, GKMS unit, Dharwad.
He stated that Hubballi recorded 14 degrees Celsius on Monday morning and that the dry and cold weather will continue. The temperature is expected to remain between 13 and 17 degrees Celsius on January 10 and 11, between 14 and 18 degrees Celsius on January 12 and 13, and between 16 and 19 degrees Celsius on January 14 and 15.
He stated that the cyclone had caused the setting of winter to be delayed. He advised elderly people to avoid going out. And said they need to wear proper warm clothes. He also advised people to delay their morning walks and drink warm water. Proper hydration is required as dry weather will cause skin issues.
