Kalaghatagi took the lead with 25% voting by 11 am, followed by Hubballi-Dharwad (Central) with 21.07%, and Hubballi-Dharwad (West) at 21.06%. Hubballi-Dharwad (East) saw a voter turnout of 20%, while Dharwad constituency recorded 20.82% voting, and Kundagol witnessed 17.04%. Navalgund also saw an improvement in voting percentage, with 18.05% recorded by 11 am.
The average voting percentage for the first round of the elections until 11 am in Dharwad district was 19.36%.
