Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited (HESCOM) has recently encountered technical difficulties with online payment apps, causing inconvenience for its consumers. The company has issued a statement requesting its users to resort to alternative payment methods for their electricity bills until the issue is resolved.
HESCOM has suggested that customers can pay their bills by visiting the company’s website or cash counters of the HESCOM. Customers can also make payments at HD One or Karnataka One centers, which provide convenient access to bill payment services.
In addition, customers can make payments using Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) or National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) modes of payment, which provide a hassle-free and secure payment option.
