Former Penrith Panthers player Taylan May is set to appear in Parramatta Local Court on Sunday after being charged with breaching an Apprehended Domestic Violence Order (ADVO).

NSW Police arrested the 23-year-old on Saturday in Emerton Village following reports of the alleged violation. May had previously been arrested in May for a domestic violence incident involving his wife and is currently under the NRL’s no-fault stand-down policy until March 2025. He faces charges of assault causing actual bodily harm and two counts of stalking, which he has pleaded not guilty to.
