Hubballi: Sources have confirmed that former Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar is set to join the Congress party tomorrow (Monday) at the KPCC Office in Bengaluru. The joining ceremony will be held at 8.15 am in the presence of AICC Chief Mallikarjun Kharge, according to sources.
