Hubballi: Former Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar is expected to announce his future plans tomorrow.
In a phone interview with Hubli Express, Shettar stated that he would wait for the party’s decision until 10 am tomorrow. He has also called for a meeting of his followers and supporters at his residence, where he is likely to make a decision.
Shettar mentioned that party leaders had asked him to wait for two days, and now that the deadline is nearing, he will make his decision regardless of the party’s decision. Party insiders and close aides of Shettar have revealed that Shettar may travel to Sirsi to submit his resignation as an MLA to Karnataka Legislative Assembly Speaker Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri.
