Hubballi: Dr SY Mulkipatil, president of the Indian Medical Association’s Hubballi branch, has been appointed Vice President of the IMA’s Karnataka state branch.
He took charge on Friday, at Torangallu ( Jindal), Ballari, at the 87th Medicon State Conference.
Dr Kateel Suresh Kudva took over as President of the IMA’s Karnataka state branch.
Ballari Deputy Commissioner Pavankumar Malapati, President of Vijayanagar Works, JSW Steel Limited Murugan PK, treasurer of the World Medical Association Dr Ravi Wankhedkar, past president of IMA KSB Dr Madhusudhan Kariganuru and others were present.
