Hubballi: News is doing rounds that well-known neurosurgeon Dr. Kranthi Kiran will contest the Assembly election from the Hubballi-Dharwad (East) constituency, and his actions indicate he is very interested in doing so. But the doctor did not answer to the multiple questions on this.
