Dharwad: The district administration and Health and Family Welfare department are together making rapid progress in vaccinating the people against novel Coronavirus in the district.
“As per the plan, the administration will aggressively vaccinate everyone above 45 years and front line warriors above 18 years in the district,” said an officer.
The administration is making good progress in vaccinating people against novel Coronavirus. According to the information provided by the administration, as of Sunday evening, 16,160 doses of Covid vaccine available and they would administer it to the beneficiaries on Monday.
According to the media bulletin issued on Sunday evening total of 4,909 beneficiaries received their Covid vaccine shots. And in the district so far 3,81,565 people have received the Covid vaccine.
The government has prepared a plan to inoculate all the beneficiaries at the earliest possible. The district administration also requested the eligible beneficiaries to take their vaccine at the earliest.
