A situation has unfolded in Dharwad where an LPG tanker, en route from Dharwad to Belur, became trapped beneath an underpass near to the High Court. Sources said that due to the contact between the tanker and the bridge, gas has been released from the tanker.
Authorities have taken immediate action by cordoning off the vicinity within a 1-kilometer radius of the incident. Firefighters have swiftly responded to the scene. As a precaution, vehicle movement near the affected area has been limited.
