Dharwad: Former CM HD Kumaraswamy will be visiting the Dharwad district for the first time after launching his prime poll campaign Pancharatna Yatre. On February 14, the former CM will be visiting Shirur, Yamanur, Kalawad, Arekurahatti, Morab, Javoor, and Hebbal in Navalgund taluk.
JD(S) Dharwad rural district president BB Gangadharmath told reporters on Sunday that Kumaraswamy’s Pancharatna Yatre will visit Shirur village in Navalgund taluk. He would address meetings in Yamnur, Arekurahatti, and Kalwad; later, he would visit Morab village, where he would address a public gathering.

Kumaraswamy, before retiring for the day in Hebsur as part of his Gram Vastavya, will meet the public in Javoor and Hebbal. He also garlanded farmers’ memorials in Alagawadi village.
Kumaraswamy will also address a public rally in Navalgund. It will be the former CM’s first visit to the taluk since launching the Pancharatna Yatre and his close ally, former MLA NH Konaraddi, leaving the JD(S).
