Hubballi: Dharwad district reported 784 new COVID cases on Monday, with one patient dying as a result of COVID infection. The COVID active cases touched 3,149 with the detection of new cases.
The patient who succumbed to the infection was from Veerapur Oni in Hubballi. He was 46 years old. He was admitted to KIMS Hospital with fever, cough, and breathlessness symptoms, and he had hypertension and CLD. The patient died at KIMS Hospital, said the district administration and COVID-19 briefing by the state authorities.
Karnataka reported 27,156 new cases of COVID and 14 COVID deaths.
