“Dancing On The Grave,” a docuseries about the murder of Shakereh Khaleeli, is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
The series, which tells the shocking story of her disappearance in 1991, was directed by British filmmaker Patrick Graham, known for his work on Netflix thrillers “Ghoul,” “Betaal,” and “Leila.”
The India Today Originals production offers a compelling and sensitive narrative, featuring intriguing characters. According to Shakereh’s nephew, it was unimaginable that something so heinous could happen to such a loving and lovable person. The first episode sets the tone for the rest of the series, with an ending in the second episode that will leave viewers baffled. Graham deliberately keeps the conclusion open-ended, leaving the question of whether Shradhanand was responsible.
