After former Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry was killed in a car accident near Mumbai, Kasa police filed a complaint against co-passenger and driver Anahita Pandole on Saturday. “The complaint was registered after police took Darius Pandole’s testimony,” Palghar SP Balasaheb Patil said. According to Palghar police, Anahita Pandole is currently being treated. Kasa police filed a complaint under sections 304 (A) (causing death by rash and negligent act), 279 (rash driving on a public road), 337 (causing death by act endangering life and personal safety of others) besides the Motor Vehicles Act in connection with the death of former Tata Sons Chairman Cyrus Mistry.
On September 4, well-known industrialist and former Tata Sons chairman Mistry was killed in a car accident near Mumbai. Mistry was traveling to Mumbai from Ahmedabad in his Mercedes Benz car with Dr. Anahita Pandole, and Darius Pandole.
