Belagavi: During the Yuva Kranti convention held at the CPD Maidan in Belgavi, former AICC chief Rahul Gandhi, and AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge, announced the Congress party’s fourth guarantee on Monday.
They said, if Congress comes to power in the state, graduates will receive Rs. 3,000, and diploma graduates will receive Rs. 1,500 as unemployment allowance under the name of Yuva Nidhi.
Mallikarjuna Kharge addressed the crowd and expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome, stating that he has stepped on the same ground where Mahatma Gandhi was elected as Congress President.
Belgavi has been a powerful Congress district, with the party winning in 15-16 constituencies. “With the unity of the people and leaders present, I am confident that the Congress will win all 18 seats in the upcoming elections,” said Kharge and he also mentioned that the current atmosphere is in favor of the party.
