Mumbai: A four-foot-long cobra was discovered at ‘Matoshree’, the residence of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. The serpent was found resting behind the water tank on a Sunday.
Security staff were the ones who spotted the snake around 1.30 pm that day. In response to their distress call, a skilled snake catcher promptly arrived on the scene, taking necessary actions to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Later the snake was released into its natural habitat.
