Hubballi: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai took another Innova standing in his convoy when the official car in which he was to travel developed a flat tyre on his way to Savanur to attend the funeral of former MLA Rajshekhar Sindhur on Saturday.
The officials discovered that the official vehicle in which CM was to travel had a flat tyre before CM’s departure from the airport. As a result, they arranged for another Innova to take him.
When media personnel arrived to photograph and video the automobile, the driver begged them not to publish the photos.
