Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has stated that the government will offer facilities to all labourers by constructing Karmika Bhavans in all districts.
He was speaking to reporters after inaugurating Karmika Bhavan in Hubballi. He stated that the government is concerned about the well-being of the workforce. The department is doing well under the leadership of Labour Minister Shivaram Hebbar.
Karmika Bhavans have already been created in nine districts, including Hubballi, and labourers are being served through the formation of labour courts, he said.
The Chief Minister stated that in the forthcoming budget, he will set aside extra funding for Shramik Sanjivini. Shramik Sajivinis are mobile clinics.
Ministers Shivaram Hebbar, CC Patil, Shankar Patil Munenakoppa, and others were present.
