Hubballi: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai visited SDM Hospital located in Sattur between Hubballi and Dharwad on Sunday and inquired about the health condition of ailing poet Chennaveer Kanavi.
Kanavi is undergoing treatment at the hospital after he tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Minister Govind Karjol, Deputy Commissioner Nitesh Patil, Police Commissioner Labhu Ram, SDM University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Niranjankumar, and others were present.
Kanavi’s health condition remains critical.
The SDM Hospital has released Chennaveer Kanavi’s health bulletin and said his health condition remains critical and treatment is going on.
