Senior journalist Sangamesh Menasinkai, who often writes on civic issues, problems of the transport system, and the development issues of twin cities, boarded the premium service bus at the new bus stand in Dharwad on Wednesday and found that the bus was moving without closing its door. He shared video and photographs of the incident and wrote, “If something happens, who will be held responsible?”
