Hubballi: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai will visit rain-affected Bhatkal taluk this afternoon. This was an impromptu visit, was not planned earlier. The CM will land at Goa International Airport around 1.30 PM in a special aircraft and will reach Bhatkal by road around 4 PM. He leaves Bhatkal around 6 PM and reaches Goa International Airport at 8:45 PM. By special flight, he will reach Bengaluru around 10 PM.
