A tragic accident occurred in the Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh when a bus carrying around 70-80 passengers fell from a 50-foot bridge. Reports indicate that 14 individuals lost their lives in the accident, although the District Collector, Shivraj Singh, stated that the exact number of casualties is yet to be confirmed. The bus was reportedly en route to Indore when the driver lost control, causing the bus to plunge from the bridge in the Dongargaon area.
Approximately 20 individuals sustained serious injuries in the incident, with reports suggesting that there were around 50 people on board the bus at the time of the accident. Following the incident, local residents have launched a rescue operation, and the injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
