New Delhi: According to Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, a decision on the formation of a new cabinet of ministers would be made tonight or tomorrow early.
In an interaction with reporters, Bommai stated that the list of potential candidates for the next cabinet will be ready by this evening or tomorrow early. In the current situation, we must make a choice as a team. “It is difficult to appoint all MLAs as ministers. The regional balance should also be taken into account while creating the cabinet of ministers,” he stated.
According to reports, just 15 MLAs would be sworn in as ministers in the initial phase, which will be extended in phases. According to party insiders, the high leadership will also decide on the number of deputy chief ministers to be appointed and, depending on that, the number of ministers taking the oath.
