Belagavi: BJP MP Mangala Suresh Angadi has expressed confidence in her relative, Congress candidate Jagadish Shettar, winning the Hubballi-Dharwad Central Constituency in the ongoing Karnataka Assembly Elections.
Speaking to reporters after casting her vote at a polling booth in Vishweshwarayya Nagar, Angadi stated that there is a wave in favor of the BJP, and the party will win at least 13 seats in the Belagavi district.
When asked about Shettar’s prospects, she said that it is Hubballi politics and he will win the constituency. Shettar, who was denied a BJP ticket, is now fighting the election on a Congress ticket.
