Hubballi: A school-going girl was killed on the spot after the bike on which she was riding pillion with her elder sister and a relative skidded near Basapur village in Annigeri taluk on Saturday.
The deceased has been identified as Tanushree Jainer, 8, a resident of Basapur village, the accident happened when she was on her way to school in Annigeri. Tanushree was killed on the spot when her relative Manjunath Jainer’s bike skidded off the road, while Manjunath and her sister Anushri were injured.
