Bhaskar Rao Joins BJP
In a big blow to the Aam Aadmi Party in Karnataka, Bhaskar Rao, who had submitted voluntary resignation to his post and joined the Kejriwal-led party just a year ago, today joined the BJP in the presence of state BJP chief Nalin Kumar Kateel and BJP leader N Shankarappa.
Bhaskar Rao was the Chairman of Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) Manifesto Committee, and he was very critical of the BJP he leveled many allegations against the BJP, and he also demanded a fair inquiry into contractor Santosh Patil’s alleged suicide case, in which former minister KS Eshwarappa’s name came to fore.
He said that the BJP is the only party that can make the state and nation progress and makes Bharat a VishwaGuru, and he wanted to strengthen the hands of Prime Minister Modi, which is why he joined the party.
