Bengaluru: In a significant administrative move, Superintendent of Police Sanjiv Patil in Belagavi and Police Commissioner Kuldeep Kumar Jain in Mangaluru have been transferred from their current positions.
The state government has now designated Bheemashankar Guled, formerly the Deputy Commissioner of Police in the East Division of Bengaluru city, as the new Superintendent of Police for Belagavi. Additionally, Anupam Agarwal has been appointed as the new Police Commissioner for Mangaluru.
Furthermore, the state government has implemented a substantial reshuffle within the Indian Police Service (IPS) officers across various positions.
