Bengaluru: The Meteorological Department has predicted moderate rain in the southern hinterland of Karnataka on February 1. The minimum temperature is likely to be 2 to 3 degrees Celsius below normal at a few inland places. Bangalore is generally cloudy with a high chance of light rain. There is a possibility of fog in some places in the morning. The maximum temperature is 28 and the minimum temperature is 18 degrees Celsius.

Bagalkot recorded a minimum temperature of 12.0 degrees Celsius. HAL recorded a maximum temperature of 28.4 degrees Celsius, and a minimum temperature of 17.4 degrees Celsius, the city recorded a maximum temperature of 29.7 degrees Celsius, a minimum temperature of 18.0 degrees Celsius, KIAL recorded a maximum temperature of 28.6 degrees Celsius, a minimum temperature of 17.6 degree Celsius. Clouds trap the heat during the day. Night temperatures are higher than normal. However, cloudy weather blocks the sun and lowers the daytime temperature.
